Does an item not work for you? You can return products within 14 days. Returns are free.

Register your return
Register your return via our returns portal. You will receive a return form and a Snoozebaby shipping label by email.
Pack the items carefully, include the return form, and attach the label to the parcel. Drop off the parcel at a collection point for the carrier on the label.

Purchased as a consumer
As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. It starts on the day you or someone at your address receives the parcel.
Return items undamaged and unused where reasonably possible. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop.

Purchased as a business
