Is your order not quite to your liking? Don't worry – you can easily return your order free of charge through our returns portal.

This is how it works:

1. Want to return your order? Simply register your return through our returns portal .
2. Please enter your Snoozebaby order number (for example SB1234) and your postcode without a space (for example 1234AB).
3. You will receive a return label and return form from us by email.
4. Carefully pack the product in its original, unused condition, add the return form and stick the label on the box.
5. Return your package free of charge to the designated shipping point.

After receipt, we will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the amount.
